One face of Love
I love the surprise of each art project as it moves from uncertainty into a courageous expression. My “job” is to listen to what the art has to say. In this case, I challenged myself to dress as LOVE and walked the streets of cities with an armful of flowers. What emerged was an experience of dignity and shared human experience. It was so much more than a flower.,..
“I look so beautiful!” said someone. Well, that’s because you are. She went on to say, “I never take good pictures, but I see myself differently through your lens, I think that is because I am not afraid of you.” I dressed in a tutu, a flower crown, and LOVE screaming from my chest. Love and belong. Love and belong. It’s ONE Face that we we all share.
Thank you for all the amazing humans that opened up and received a flower. We are growing each other in each moment and with every smile.
